You are buying temporary access to a digital audio guide. You are not buying the audio files themselves, and no ownership of the recordings, scripts, translations, or images transfers to you.
Each pass gives 24 hours of access. The 24 hours begin when you first sign in, not when you buy. An unused pass stays valid for six months from purchase.
A pass works on one device at a time. When you first sign in, the pass is bound to that device. If you change phones or lose access, contact us at nrcityrometours@gmail.com and we will move your pass across.
Please do not share your username and password. Passes found in use by multiple people may be cancelled without refund.
You may save the guide inside the website for offline listening. The saved copy is deleted automatically when your access period ends. Recording, extracting, redistributing, or republishing the audio is not permitted.
Because this is digital content delivered immediately, you waive the statutory right of withdrawal at the moment you first sign in. Before first sign-in, a full refund is available on request. If the guide does not work and we cannot fix it, we refund you.
Opening hours, ticket prices, and access arrangements at monuments change, and we cannot guarantee that every detail is current. The guide is for interest and orientation. It is not a substitute for official site information, and it is not suitable for situations where an error could cause harm.
We aim to keep the service running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Mobile signal inside monuments is often poor, which is why we recommend downloading over Wi-Fi beforehand.
